Why are we so affordable?
The simple answer is overheads. Lower overheads mean we can pass substantial savings on. In essence, same
high quality, more acceptable lower prices.
Do I need a recent prescription?
Yes and it must be less than two years old. If you cannot find it simply re-visit the Optician who tested your
eyes and ask for a copy. You paid for it, so its yours for the asking.
How long will my order take?
Typically 5-15 days on average.
Is there a quality guarantee?
Yes, 12 months.
How do I pay?
A deposit is taken at the time of appointment. This can be paid by cheque or cash. The balance is payable when the goods
are delivered in the same manner.
Can I have a reflective coating?
Of course, the extra cost here would be £18 per pair.
When a representative visits, will I be able to see all lines displayed on the website?
Usually at least 90% of the range is carried at one time.
